The award is presented by the Department /Division head to recognize an employee’s exceptional performance during the period.

Four awardees will be chosen monthly from among the following groups:

(HR, Finance, MIS, DID, BDS , PMMP and Corporate Development & Innovation)

Security

D

Marine & Engineering

Awards Criteria

This Award recognizes the employee who demonstrated elements of the following:

Service above and beyond the call of duty

Extra commitment or effort in completing an assignment or series of assignments

Initiative and creativity to resolve a significant problem or conflict

Outstanding customer service

Improved performance

Teamwork

Adherence to Safety Rules

Value of Incentive

Eligibility

An employee may be nominated by a client, peer, or their Supervisor/Department Manager.

Nominations must be made on the prescribed form and submitted by the published closing date to the Awards Selection Committee.

Employees who have not maintained a record of regular attendance at work during the period applicable will not be eligible.

Employees with disciplinary matters incurred during the period applicable wil not be eligible.

This Award is presented by the Department/Divisional head to recognize exceptional team performance during the period.

The winning team will be selected from among the following groups:

Nominations will be drawn frm among the Employees of the Month.

Nominations must be made on the prescribed form and submitted by the published closing date to the Awards Selection Committee.

Nominees must have been employed for the 12-month period applicable.
